These men that I've been seeing, baby Got their soul up on the shelf You know they could never love me When they can't even love themselves But I need someone to love me Someone to really understand Who won't put himself above Who just loves me like a man I've never seen such losers, Darlin' Even though I tried To find a man who could take me home Stead of takin' me for a ride And I need someone to love me I know you can Believe me when I tell you You can love me like a man They all want me to rock them Like my back ain't got no bone I want a man to rock me Like my back bone was his own Darlin', I know you can Believe me when I tell you You can love me like a man I come home sad and lonely Feel like I wanna cry I want a man to hold me Not some fool to ask me why I know you can Don't you put yourself above me You just love me like a man

Cocaine, cocaine, 'Round my heart and runnin' 'round my brain, Cocaine, aw, you ol' cocaine. I woke up this mornin', Lord, I had a hunger pain. And all I want for breakfast is my good cocaine, Cocaine, aw you ol' cocaine. Jump out of bed, Mama, run downtown; Take along the money and look all around. Find the man, the man that sells cocaine. Come here, Mama, come here quick; That ol' coke's got me and I'm feelin' sick. Cocaine, aw you ol' cocaine. Get out of here, Mama, I thought you understood; You got no connections then you're no damn good. Cocaine. Well, coke's for horses, Lord, it ain't for men. They say it kills you, but they don't say when. C'mon, Mama, let's rent us a boat. We'll sail down that Gibraltar moat; Shed a tear every time we pass Tangiers. Cocaine, cocaine, 'Round my heart and runnin' 'round my brain, Cocaine, aw, you ol' cocaine. Read more: Townes Van Zandt - Cocaine Blues Lyrics | MetroLyrics

You know her daddy gave her magic, I can tell by the way she walks. Her daddy gave her magic, I can tell by the way she walks. Everytime she start to shakin' The dumb begin to talk. She's got the power to heal you, never fear! She's got the power to heal you

RAMBLIN MATT Featuring DANNY BOY - "BAD REPUTATION"

Recorded in London, UK and Valencia, Spain in 2011, 2012. Tracks 1 to 6 from a recording session in Danny's den in Valencia, June 2013.

Rest are outtakes from Songs from the Delta and some live recordings made in The Blues Hour of BBC Radio, and House Rent Boogie of Resonance Radio FM both in London.

ABOUT THE DANNY BOY & RAMBLIN MATT BLUES REVUE

In this album there are songs that were meant to be included in a stand alone EP, recorded by Danny Boy and myself to support our act, a Chicago and Delta Blues oriented duet called The Danny Boy & Ramblin Matt Blues Revue after a good bunch of very succesful gigs in Valencia and London.

The whole session is included in the first section of the album, recorded live with ambient mikes in one take. Wonderful Sara Gee joined us in rhythm guitar and vocals in the Bonnie Raitt´s classic "Love me like a man". Everything is presented as it was recorded, with no overdubs or effects, just a bit of echo splashed here and there.

Danny Boy plays harmonica in tracks 1,2,3,4,5,6, Vocals in 3,6
Sara Gee rhythm guitar and vocals in 4
